Coaching is a supportive relationship where you and I commit time to working together to help you grow personally and professionally.

It’s the coming together of two ‘experts’. You are the expert on you: your life, your role, your industry. My expertise lies in helping you tap into the mindset, motivation and resources to achieve the outcomes you want.

I’ll help you consider your current situation, decide what’s important to you, set appropriate goals, and work out how best to achieve them, working on identifying and overcoming internal or external obstacles on the way.

One-to-one coaching

It takes time to build the sort of relationship that fosters honesty and the courage to step out of your comfort zone. That’s why I offer a six-session Thinking Partner pathway, or a three-month Trusted Confidante pathway if you want intensive support. Alternatively, you can opt for a one-off Sounding Board session if you have a very specific need like preparing for an interview.

Most attempts at positive change fail because we stop at insight and don’t build sufficient neural pathways to form new habits. The PQ® mental fitness programme empowers you to create new habits through consistent app-supported daily practice. That’s why I offer the stand-alone programme as well as sharing mental fitness techniques with my coaching clients.
